Empowering youth through opportunity, One Community is a Montgomery, Alabama-based nonprofit dedicated to nurturing the holistic development of children across our community and surrounding counties. By partnering with local schools, churches, community center’s and grassroots organizations, we deliver transformative programs in sports, education, leadership, mentoring, nutrition, and outdoor activities. Our mission is to equip young minds and bodies with the skills, confidence, and resources they need to thrive—fostering resilient leaders today for a stronger, healthier tomorrow.

 Our team is comprised of dedicated coaches, educators, mentors, and community advocates—rooted in Montgomery and driven by a shared passion for empowering local youth. With expertise in sports, education, leadership development, and holistic wellness, we work tirelessly to inspire growth, nurture potential, and build healthier futures for every child we serve. 

 We are proud to partner with local schools, churches, community centers, funding agencies,  grassroots organizations, and other dedicated agencies to increase our support for the Montgomery community and surrounding counties.
